Lisa Horan: Co-Founder/Executive Director
Lisa’s role in PopMark combines her 18 years of writing/marketing/PR experience with her music and songwriting background. On a daily basis, Lisa works with business clients, musicians/bands, and filmmakers to create and enact effective strategies that help their projects stand out. Whether it’s developing a kick butt website or creating a powerful social networking plan, she pays close attention to the unique needs of each client. She also oversees PopMark Music, putting her songwriting skills to work and joining efforts with PopMark’s Music Production Director to create music for artist projects, commercials, videos, films, and campaigns. Lisa is an award-winning songwriter whose music has been used in films, videos, the Web, and other projects (www.lisahoran.com) and has been licensed by music consultancy companies that place songs with CBS, NBC, HBO, ESPN, and Columbia-Tristar Entertainment. Her articles have appeared in a variety of industry publications including Mix magazine (which she currently writes a monthly column for), Videography, Government Video, Digital TV, iCOM, and others (For examples, visit www.lisahoranwriting.com). She served as the associate director of TIVA-DC (an organization representing film, video, and production community professionals) for eight years, a PR/publications manager at Rosenberg Communications, and the creative director of Studio Unknown.

Stephen Joseph Antonelli: Co-Founder/Music Production Director
Steve is a multi-talented producer, engineer, arranger, and songwriter who works with bands, singer/songwriters, and musicians (www.allaboutthesong.com). Clients include artists from multiple genres, including hip hop/rap, Contemporary Christian, rock, hard core, neo soul, R&B, gospel, singer/songwriter, and pop. In addition, he also works to create or custom music or identify effective music for a variety of projects. As a producer/musician, Steve’s passion has always centered on music and songwriting, thanks, in part, to a musical father. This passion led him to pursue a career in the music industry, first in Nashville, where he received his musical education, working in busy demo and commercial studios, and later, in New York City, where he fine-tuned his skills by working with such greats as Grammy-winning Engineer Frank Wolf, Composer Douglas Cuomo, and Producer Ben Yonas, and in such world class studios as Sears Sound, Right Tracks, and Mercy Sound.

Kevin Hill: Co-Founder/Audio Post Production Director
Kevin regularly works with filmmakers, production companies, government agencies, and others to provide expert sound design services. He is an engineer/producer who began his career 20 years ago, launching Studio Unknown, an audio post production facility and recording studio, six years ago. Hill’s sound design and original music have been featured in film, TV, stage productions, and video games (www.studiounknown.com). Projects have included sound design and 5.1 mix for Freedom Dance, a film that earned multiple awards, including a CINE Golden Eagle Master Series Award, and Lost in Woonsocket, which was an Official Selection at the SXSW Film Festival; original music and narration recording for the Telly Award-winning A&E series "Random 1"; sound design and mix of the original cast soundtrack of the "Willy Wonka" stage musical for The Kennedy Center, which received a Parent's Choice Award for Best Children's Album; and sound design and mix for programs for Discovery, National Geographic, NASA, PBS, and others. In addition to working with multiple indie bands and artists, engineering, producing, and mixing their projects, Hill served as an adjunct professor at Anne Arundel Community College teaching Audio Production and is a member of the country songwriting collaboration, Moran Hill Hurwitz.
